Enjoy the splendour of the third largest Canyon in the world. Unquestionably being the largest ‘green canyon’ due to its lush Subtropical foliage. An interpretation tour by a tour guide will take you to the you to the rare living Kadishi Tufa waterfall and the Three Rondawels. An abundance of wildlife will keep you distracted while learning more about the natural history of the Blyde Canyon.
The Blyde River canyon supports large diversity of life, including numerous fish and antelope species as well as Hippos and Crocodiles, primate species and a diversity of birdlife such as the African Fish Eagle, African Finfoot and much more.
Possibly the best view in the whole of the Blyde River Canyon is of the “Three Rondavels”, huge, round rocks, thought to be reminiscent of the houses or huts of the indigenous people, known as rondavels. The Canyon is famous for the Kadishi Tufa waterfall. At 200m (around 660 feet) in height it is the second tallest Tufa waterfall on earth. In the case of the Kadishi Tufa fall, the formation that has been produced strikingly resembles a face which is crying profusely, and is thus sometimes known as the weeping face of nature.

To whom it may concern , once again we were very happy with your services and the help you provided us . We love your guide , Simion , who is very informative and has a good sense of humor . Looking forward to many more trips on the Blyde and hoping that Mpumalanga can improve easier access to the boats , thank you again , Regards , Bianca de Roland-Phillips - Bianca
It was a memorable experience, thank you! Perhaps consider selling more memorabilia; keyrings, t-shirts, mugs etc., and trade mark it. I believe there were a few things for sale, but it wasn't displayed/well displayed. Unfortunately, it seems the tourism industry has forgotten the Panaroma Route, making you the only company along the entire Panaroma Route to offer an activity and sell memorabilia. You are doing a great job, and you have great opportunity for growth. Just a note, when I wanted to make a booking via the website, it showed "fully booked". However, when I contacted you via WhatsApp, there was availability. This may cause you to lose prospective clients. - Odette
It was such a beautiful experience to see the canyon from the bottom as we've seen it many times from the top. Our guid was so knowledgeable, and went out of his way to find the hippos and the crocodiles. Stunning experience. - Gabbi
